Grand opening Saturday, October 6th!

Sweet Katie Bee’s is opening at 8 am, October 6th! Please come in and celebrate with us. Follow us on facebook and twitter, where we will be posting our flavors and times! We appreciate all our customers who came out for our sold-out soft opens, and can’t wait to see you again soon!

Dry run tomorrow, September 15th, 9 am to 1 pm!

Sweet Katie Bee’s will be in pre-opening operations tomorrow from 9-1 at the shop at 212 East State Street in O’Fallon! Please feel free to come by for some cupcakes, quiches, and coffee or tea!

TOMORROW’S FLAVORS:

Cupcakes:
Beth’s Chocolate filled with whipped cream, and frosted with Valrhona cocoa buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream

Vanilla Bean Cloud vanilla cupcake with whipped cream filling, topped with Swiss meringue buttercream

Fleur de Sel: chocolate cake with salted caramel filling, encircled with Swiss meringue buttercream and dusted ever-so-lightly with smoked sea salt

Carrot: traditional carrot cake with cinnamon and pecans, frosted with cream cheese icing

Lemon: vanilla cake filled with lemon custard and topped with lemon zest-cream cheese icing

Peanut Butter Cup: chocolate cake topped with Valrhona cocoa buttercream and filled with peanut butter-cream cheese frosting

Souffles:

Vegetable Souffle: Fresh organic eggs with caramelized onion, spinach, red pepper, and Parmesan cheese

Egg & Cheese Souffle: a simple pleasure–fresh organic eggs with authentic Parmesan cheese
